ShineHire acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates. We:

  • Do not guarantee employment
  • Do not guarantee job placement outcomes
  • Do not guarantee candidate performance

Hiring decisions remain solely with the client employer.

3. Compliance with Employment Laws

Clients agree to comply with:

  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws
  • Anti-discrimination regulations
  • U.S. federal and state labor laws
  • Wage and hour regulations
  • Immigration and work authorization laws

ShineHire is not responsible for employer violations of employment laws.

4. Candidate Representations

Candidates represent that:

  • All provided information is accurate
  • Credentials and certifications are valid
  • They have legal authorization to work (if applicable)

False information may result in termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive, and personal information shared during recruitment processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ShineHire shall not be liable for:
  • Employment disputes
  • Workplace injuries
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Candidate misconduct

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services (if applicable).

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShineHire from claims arising out of misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShineHire operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.

9. Arbitration Clause (Optional but Recommended)

Any dispute arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
